This is a text exchange with Darlene from Pamlico County NC today where we are using a contractor (Darrin with ProConstruction and they have done so much with us in the last few months to bring help to those in need much faster) to replace HVAC system and do some interior repairs. Her subfloor is about 5 feet off the ground and the flood waters came up that high. HVAC is up and running just in time for all this cold weather.
I think Darlene captures so well why we do what we do. I’ll let her words below speak for themself.
Darlene: I want to express my gratitude to all on this project. You have blessed me with the repairs & replacement of my heat/air unit. Words cannot describe the way I feel. Darrin & his crew were so knowledgeable & professional. Rusty stepped right in to return my storm door that was the wrong size that I ordered. I will always think highly of everyone involved.
