FCC sent a mission team to Dawson Springs this weekend for tornado relief. Fuller Center Disaster ReBuilders , which has a mission station at First Christian Church, Madisonville, Ky, coordinated the project, and FCC Madisonville provided excellent housing & hospitality.
We divided into two teams in Dawson Springs. One team replaced a door and a ceiling in a trailer that had sustained storm damage, and then went to a home place to help pick up debris. Another team collaborated with an Amish mission group on Friday to replace a roof section of a house that was spared by the tornado, and then replaced another section of the roof on Saturday.
Thanks to our mission team for their faith and their work for the glory of God.
