This past week we had the pleasure of working with two different groups of Volunteers.
The first group is Touching Lives Worldwide. Over twenty wonderful volunteers come from all over the country, blessing our community with their hard work and determination. They split up into smaller groups so they could assist in four different projects around Lake Charles. We couldn’t be more thrilled to have them back.
Our second group is from the Iowa Methodist Conference. Last week they worked on two of our projects and got to spend valuable time with the homeowners as well. It’s a blessing to have them here for another week as we move forward with the disaster relief efforts down here in SWLA. We couldn’t do it without these awesome groups!!
