With all the gloom and doom about the COVID-19 virus, most of which is valid, work on Fuller Center Disaster ReBuilders houses across the nation has slowed down greatly. However, the staff in the Galveston County area of Texas have not stopped. Without dozens of volunteers helping each week, it is slow. But the race goes to the steady.
Speaking of FCDR staff, here they are: Troy Skinner, Tom Gongora, Eddie Sanhagen, Kate Robison, itinerant plumber, tile place and all around good guy, Brian Gioe and Jimmy Elmore.
The first photos are of a house in Texas City that was torn completely down; then built up from the ground. It has come along way.
The last two are of a lot that was bulldozed and a new foundation just poured.
Way to go guys.
