We finished up Ms. Lisa’s home in Pamlico County, NC today. We replaced the roof and insulated the attic last month. This month we replaced the floor joists, rim joists and subfloor in the living room and dining room. Put down new vinyl flooring in those rooms and into the kitchen. She was so happy just to have a new roof vs a tarp as the water was still getting in the house but we couldn’t leave until we got the issues in the living room and dining room resolved. She had hardwoods in the living room which was the only thing that helped keep the floor from collapsing. Rusty Cready/Operations Director FCDR NC
