We started this home in Cove City NC yesterday. Cove City is about 20 minutes west of New Bern. Believe it or not, this home still had a blue tarp on it yesterday morning from Hurricane Florence but was still having leaks in the house. New roof as of end of day yesterday and timely for the rain storm that came through last night. Still working on the interior of the house-the room under the flat roof part had a lot of damage and those internal repairs should be finished tomorrow. I was out there today and asked Virgil if he had any leaks last night- he said he hadn’t slept so well in a long time. Rusty Cready/Operations Director
